About Banana Bins Texas Roll Off Dumpsters
How do we weigh your contents? Our truck that carries the roll off dumpster drives onto a scale at the disposal facility where an initial weight is recorded. Then the truck empties all the contents and drives onto the scale again to record the weight of the truck and the empty dumpster. The difference between the first and second weight is the weight of the contents in the dumpster. We include 1 or 2 tons in your rental price.
What if I go over the weight limit? An overweight Fee will apply if the dumpster contents weigh more than the weight allowance. We charge $75 per ton overweight.
Are there any items prohibited? Yes, prohibited items include concrete, fill dirt, roof shingles, hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, batteries), medical waste, tires, mattresses, items containing freon and asbestos. A Prohibited Waste Fee will apply for each item of Prohibited Waste put in the dumpster. If you are unsure, contact us and we’ll let you know if any of your items are prohibited.
Can I keep the dumpster another day if needed? Yes, you can add additional days to your rental, please notify us in advance. Each additional day over is $75 a day.
Does the dumpster have a door? Yes, all of our dumpsters have an access back door that will swing open.
Does the dumpster have a cover? No, none of our dumpsters have covered tops.
Do you accept credit cards? Yes, we accept checks, cash, and credit cards (2% processing fee will apply).
